Happy Saturday! I hope you have a fun and relaxing weekend planned! Did you have a good Thanksgiving? I hope it was filled with great memories and amazing food! Here is the real question, have you put up your Christmas stuff yet? This is the weekend for us. Especially with Thanksgiving being so late this year, all of the Christmas things are starting this weekend. Which I guess means I should probably start shopping and getting things in order! Are you an early shopper? My husband buys thing throughout the year whenever he sees a deal, so come Christmas he is pretty much set. Me on the other hand…not so much. So this crazy time of year means I need a plan to make it through the week more than ever.
Here is the line up for the meal plan is week:
Monday – Soup/Salad/Seafood/Chicken – start the week off with something a little lighter.
Tuesday – Mexican – Tacos, enchiladas and more!
Wednesday – Pasta/Italian – pasta doesn’t have to mean Italian, so look for all sorts of fun dishes.
Thursday – Rice/Asian – recipes from all over the work that are easy to make in your own home.
Friday – Cocktails! Take a night off from cooking and enjoy a fun cocktail to end the week.
Saturday – Anything goes – Mix it up a little bit – breakfast for dinner, casseroles, easy…you name it!
Sunday – Comfort Food/Slow Cooker/Instant Pot – end the week with food your family will love.
